At Pomade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your grooming essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
